We assemble small teams of exceptional software builders to bring the full power of artificial intelligence to a single company per industry per region. Discovery engagements run with executive sponsorship. Long-term embeds require an executive mandate.

For the companies we embed with: we win if and only if you win. Every engagement starts with a 60-day discovery at fixed fee (cash payment, defined deliverables, measurable outcomes). Embed comp is structured around shared outcomes: warrants struck near today's price for public companies, a share of the EBITDA we move for private ones. During an embed, we don't work with your direct competitors.
